Advanced Management Programme

This 5-module programme can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of your organization. It spans a duration of 6 months and includes engaging in practical activities within the workplace. It is intended for groups of up to 12 participants and emphasizes key areas related to managing individuals and teams in a healthy and sustainable way.

The programme can be conducted either online or in person, culminating in a graduation ceremony where all participants will share their narratives of growth, vision, and impact.
