About me

I have over 20 years work experience leading teams in fast growing organisations. I am an accredited EMCC Coach Practitioner I have successfully completed Stress and Burnout Coaching training at the CSR Expertise Center Stress and Resilience so that I can incorporate this knowledge in my coaching and training programmes. I specialise in a psychobiological approach to stress-related complaints and burnout, offering guidance at three levels: body, mind, and behaviour.
My facilitation style is open, friendly and challenging and I am always focused on providing service, quality and impact. Participants leave with practical tools and knowledge that supports their personal and professional growth in a balanced and healthy way.
