About Me
I partner with organisations that care about employee growth, team development and well being.
With over 25 years experience in Learning & Development, I’ve led high-performing training teams, designed learning experiences for managers, sales, and service teams, and delivered large-scale cultural change programs. My work is all about making connections between people, their teams, and the wider business objectives in a healthy way.
I deliver management training programmes that focus on the fundamental skills that any manager should have to effectively manage a healthy team. The programme includes topics on developing emotional intelligence, navigating conflict, stakeholder engagement, change management and coaching and mentoring and can be tailored to your unique needs.
I coach and mentor professionals who have specific development goals or who are experiencing stress or recovering from burnout and I deliver practical well being courses that highlight the cost of burnout and how to avoid it.
My Mission
My mission is to:
1. Provide managers with practical tools to lead their teams so that employees flourish personally and professionally
2. Bring focus on the impact of burnout, the early stages of burnout and how to prevent it
My Strengths
People First - I have (roughly) calculated that I have given over 500 individual careers interviews, onboarded and supported the growth of over 1,000 new hires, coached and mentored over 70 managers and delivered 100's of workshops in international workplaces. I enjoy working with people from across different cultures and building relationships based on trust.
Impact - I work closely with businesses to ensure that the impact of coaching or training is felt across the organisation and makes a positive and lasting impact.
